Correcting a skeletal Class II in the mixed dentition? This appliance can be modified to distract the mandible, open/close the bite, and hold the vertical dimension constant.

The Williams helps to develop the transverse width of the lower dental alveolar base in the mixed dentition. It will also recover lost mandibular arch length.
